    Avaya CM 6.2. I have a VDN, 10000 to a vector that sends calls to a hunt group which rings the first available agent.     I have 9 for my feature access code to the ARS not 9# or 9*. I then have a single entry in my ARS ANA for 9 with 10min/ 10max to route pattern 1 to trunk 1. Again, it does work with TAC and 9#. Otherwise not.

    smokinjoe2938, that is correct. The entry 9 with 7min/ max digits was already there so because my service provider requires the fill 10 digits for an out going call, I put the 949 with 10/ 10. I just removed that and change the 9 to 10/ 10. Either work just fine if I dial 9 # then my 10 digit...
