Also check that your primary zone collector is not recieving any errors. The protocal errors we got always related to the zone collector or network slowness.

Hey guys,
Whenever one of our users opens Word2003 it automatically looks for files on his A:\.
The user runs WinXP SP2, Office was deployed via SMS.
He is the only user getting this (happens to be a manager).
I have deleted his normal.dot but still no joy.

Hi John,
Also forgot to mention, check that you dont have any time sync problems. That was another issue that was related to that.
Make sure that it is sync'ing with the correct DC.

I also had this problem and the error was the connection to the data store. Maybe check in the event logs for any errors relating to connection to the data store.
We also had to restart the IMA service to get the connection back.

Hi,
I have been experiencing this problem for the last week whenever I launch a app from the PNAgent I get the following error" Windows cannot find "C:\doc and set\username\ApplicationData\Citrix\pnaghent\ResourceCache\1099308406.ICA" Make sure u typed correctly etc.
It worked perfectly before...
Maybe delete the package id file in the C:\WINDOWS\ms\sms\clicomp\apa\Data\Complete folder. I also found updating your site in the Control Panel makes the application distribute quicker.
Hey Jump1ng,
this is for windows NT4.0 workstation and W2K professional workstation. Do u perhaps know if there is a specific one for Windows 2000 Server.
Cheers
Hi,
Is it possible to set the autologon option in Windows 2000 Server SP3. I can do it on W2K professional but am having a issue with Server.
Basically the system will be rebooted via a task schedule and then the system must logon again.
Thanx
Any reason why this error occurs on some pc's and not others. I download exactly the same package to the same platform and I only have a success rate of 1 in 5.
The PC's have Windows 2000 SP3.
We are running SMS 2.0 SP3
Any comments pleeeaassee
I too am getting very desperate here!!
I have to distribute Share Point Client to all pc's on our network. I have a success rate of 1 in 5. Why is this??
The exact same package can download to some but not the other. The error message is the same "non-zero exit code of 1603"
Any ideas...
