I wonder if this is the problem or if we have a defective unit.

We have one IP Office 406 v2 and an ATM4 analog truck, whenever I place the ATM4 card on slot A 3 of 4 led on the front of the unit for trunk A blink from time to time 0 x 0 0 0 - On x - Off If we place the ATM4 card on slot B 4 of 4 led remain on all the time.

I have the fluke TS19 and I can make and receive call on the line.

If I'm not mistaking the defaul is set to ring on extension 100 (reception). Even if I set the line to ring on this extension (Flash 40) the line won't ring anywhere. I can see LED 1 blinking on the LCOBC card but thats it. Does the LCOBC has any line requirements? Cause to test this system...

Yup I setup the IP on this card to 192.168.0.10 and I can't event ping the interfase from a laptop on 192.168.0.20
