Yeah, I guess that would work, but I was looking for a solution that requires little work. My dad brings his laptop to work and home every day, and I imagine it would get tedious to change hardware profiles twice a day.- DrNick

I am trying to set up my father's work laptop (running WinXP Pro) on my home workgroup that I run over my router. Unfortunately, his laptop is apparently permamently on the company domain. Apparently, the domains at the windows login screen are only login domains. So I went into Network ID...- DrNick
