Easiest way I found is just add those 2 area codes as SPN's like KC said, that's what I did and even left the NXX's. We could actually dial either way for about the first month or so then eventually when we dialed just the 7 digit's we got a recording saying we need the area code.

It will reject it with the error of something like exceeding the limit.

I would check for updates first see if that corrects the issue.

You changed the main DN (B1), I would also change the B2 DN on these I know it effects the way voice mail acts.

If you see it in programming then this cabinet also has a PRI keycode in it. You should be good to go.

Anyone ever find out if there is an issue with a batch of T7406E phones going to sleep and not waking up. I've had 3 now and the only way to wake them up is by resetting the battery. All 3 are Avaya branded I thought there was an issue but I cannot find any bulletin on it.

As curly said make them verify because 4ess is actually a type of switch that can run either. But if they're saying PROTOCOL of 4ess then odds are they're talking PRI and probably coming out of a soft switch. If that's the case then they should also be able to provide NI2.

Line Pools are your problem it sounds like line 1 is in a Pool all by itself. You should find that under Line programming.
