I am trying to find the status of a station on a Magix system. i am more familiar with a definity station where i can type, "stat station" and it will tell me if the station is on hook, or off hook, port and other great stuff. how do i do this on a merlin magix?

I checked my hunt group form - it is ucd-mia, but we are still having the problem. The user can log into the hunt group, but both the auto-in and manual-in buttons are greyed out and can't be used.
