This could be hard to answer without knowing what version callcenter you have. Are you looping thru a priority step in the CCT? If so, each time the call hits the step it will go to the end of the queue for calls with that priority.
On rare occasions, I've had a program open outside the visible desktop. I don't have Vista but if it is the same as Win7, hover the mouse over the taskbar icon, let the box open and right-click the box, click move, hit an arrow key, and move the mouse around to see if the program appears on the...
I've been using a Plantronics Savi W440 for several years with no issues other than needing a new battery. It is DECT so I get good range. It seems to be good at cancelling the background noise. Hope that helps.
You can ping internal IPs while having the browsing issue but can you ping external IPs?
I have an HP computer (XP) with an HP wireless printer on my network that just gives me fits with my internet connectivity. I have to kill the HP Network Communicator process to get access back. It works...
Do you have anything else installed that might include a firewall?
I once had this issue and found a Cisco VPN client that included a firewall that got turned on. Turned it off and all was well.
If you are asking about the ICM connecting to the contact server on the native client port, yes - you can set up the new ICM client to connect to the contact server. The native port supports multiple client connections.
Does the computer have a recovery partition? A few years ago my grandson's computer had a bad drive and while HP sent a new drive under warranty, it was blank. I was able to make a ghost image of the recovery partition and restore it to the new drive. Then when it booted, I was able to...
Not that I would assume the KVM could be the problem, but have you eliminated it from the mix by connectiong the keyboard directly to the PC? Just a thought.
Thanks, Linney.
The windows+P worked and I also found that right click on the desktop, screen resolution option works for extending the screen.
VLC media play seems to work well too.
I can't say that I 'like' Windows 8 yet, but the more time I spend working with it, the deeper I want to get into it.
I finally came out of the dark ages last week and bought my first personal laptop, with Windows 8. My first disappointment was spending close to a grand on a PC, putting a DVD in the drive, and can't figure out how to play it. The 2nd disappointment was figuring out how to extend the desktop...
This is an old post but I believe you are referring to a "CDH Coupler". Back in those days, the telcos required isolation between the customer's pbx and the telco lines. It was a great day when we were able to connect trunks directly to the demarc block.
Since you are talking about "old school" searches, when I do a search and the results just don't make sense, and the file would not be in a zip, I will go to the really old school search...
Assuming my file will be on C drive:
Open a command window and change to root
c:\...> cd c:\>dir /s *.qbw
In regards to using the KVM switch, with the old IO Gear KVM I am using, I have to set the KVM to the port that I am booting or the PC defaults and I have to reset the video resolution when I switch back to that PC.
Just a thought.
