Anyone able to update time worked on a ticket when submitting an update (commment) or new request??

Sorry- I forgot I had this thread- I Previously deleted a few templates that the user was not using one at a time until it fixed it and that did it. A corrupt Template... No need to reinstall Word.

Plenty of V-memory and memory (256) and the hard disk has 3 gig available.
Reciently defraged/check disk and up to SP3 for both office and Win2K...
No other program does this- Office has been reinstalled as well.
A few people in a group could not view nor print to one of the HP 8150's with PCL5a driver.
In print preview even though it was marked as landscape- it still viewed and printed in portrait. They were able to print to OTHER 8150's fine.

I have a cisco 1600 router on the internet and an NT server on the intranet. The box now accepts SNMP from the internet. I need Internet users to pass through the router for access to the NT IIS box. I am setting up MS Exchange servers' (5.5) Outlook Web Access.

this is a shot in the dark, but XP has a feature that lets you run older programs not designed for XP called program compatability- go to programs/accessories and then program compatability wizard.
Never done it, can someone else back me up or advise for or against this feature??
