How is the SIP authenticating? Who is the SIP provider? Are you UK? We have a Pana NS700 working successfully and an NEC SL2100 working on Starlink but both Starlinks are set to have a Static IP. Do you have all the correct ports open in FW? NAT Traversal may need disabling or enabling.

I think you may have to bug Pana about it. Do they still support it now?

We had this issue last week but with % character. It wouldn’t save the Auth Password string copied in from an email. The SIP provider just regenerated a password until there was one without a percentage symbol.

I would say that is the power supply. Get a spare and try it before defaulting etc?

What have you got the reg timer set to? I think VoiceFlex is 900s. You have got 5060 open on the Draytek haven’t you? I’ve not done this on a NS but have one to do. We do have a few NECs SL2100 working ok with VoiceFlex. But one currently on test with precisely this issue. We proved out...
