I normally use FireFox (faster than either I.E., or EDGE!). But I went into I.E through programs, and found no untrusted certs.!

Occasionally, I get a pop-up that this program is trying to run, but my Panda A-V blocks it. Any idea what it is? All that I can find is that it is a program from M.S. to be used on the Window phone! What's it doing on my desktop? Is it needed for the Desktop? If not, how do I get rid of it? Thanks,
