Yes of course. I didn't intend to give up on Win 10. I just have a few legacy applications which won't run beyond Win 7 no matter what I do, so I keep the old Win 7 laptop around. I'll give up on that particular printer with Win 10.

I've used Acronis for years, and it has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. I have found, though, that I have to religiously download any patches/updates they offer...and each time I need to build another Acronis boot disk. Nothing is perfect, or guaranteed, but FWIW I'm an Acronis fanboy.

Stduc, thank you for your observations. I do believe the .tib and ISO are the same build, but I'm not so sure that it isn't worth trying what you suggest.
