I have now recreated the questionnaire using radio buttons. I had a bit of a problem with the groupings but it is all working fine now.

I ended up using check boxes after listening to my team leader (not always the best idea). I think I may just put this down to a first draft and have another go next week. I don’t really know what I am doing but am willing to have a go. Thanks, Pete.

Hi, I am having a problem in Excel. I have been asked to create a survey in Excel that we can mail to users. I would like to use 4 scored radio buttons with different score values. The survey would look a little like this ("o" denotes an unselected radio button and "@" a clicked button)...

When I last did this I had few problems (took a few goes). From memory I think you just need to know where the licence server is installed and point to this location when prompted at the network install options. My package still needed a little user input as I was also installing third party...

Can I save Crystal XI reports as v10? I am about to buy Crystal Reports and would like to buy version XI but I will need to be able to write reports back to version 10, as this is the version that one of my clients use. Should I get v10 or can I go straight for version XI and put off...

I guess that it depends where you live. Certainly within the UK this would fall within the data protection act providing his actions were not sanctioned by his employer. I think the US has a more liberal approach to personnel data. Pete
