I need to make changes to a database that a person is no longer with our company and I don't know how to add a field and change the macro to export to txt.
I have to add a field to the table that is 2 digits. I updated all the queries and when I run the macro it doesn't show the field I added...
I have recently upgraded to Access 2003 operating system XP, and since then my DATABASE I built will not let me produce new reports and save them. I am able to add to tables and make new queries but not reports. Any ideas what to do about this?

I built a database using ACCESS 2000 with XP Operating system and recently switched to Access 2003. When I tried to change a report it wouldn't let me save the new report? Any ideas?
Wow I am sorry about the way I worded that thread.
Operating system is XP
SAS is 9.1
We just had the software loaded and all the old files are still on the computer but when we try to open an old file it doen't give us an extension to open, so if we try to OPEN WITH sas isn't one of the options...

I am trying to connect an Access datafile to Visio and when I try to use the Database wizard it stops me at the part that asks for the stencil! I am using visio 2000 and access xp if that helps.
I think I found a solution to this question. Instead of using a combo box use a regular text box - and instead of using a control button to select new record I used duplicate record and it keeps the cost center and the date and all the end user has to do is key in the other fields until he wants...
