If you search the internet for "MDB to DBF" (as danfreeman has already shown you) you will find a number of tools to help you to convert a .mdb file. There are no foxpro commands to do it. I don't think you can do it without something that 'understands' JET databases.

The original post was not about using an iPhone or Mac! He wants to publish it on Barnes & Noble who have a 20mb limit. I would imagine he has already read it.
It sounds as though you may have a lot of large images in your book. Just out of interest I converted a 10mb pdf to epub today and it was then only 1.5mb. It wasn't a fancy .pdf though, with very few images. Could you re-do your .pub and make the images smaller in size? I don't know much...
