Nevermind... I figured this out by following the rest of your instructions... I just hadn't clicked yet. I forgot to use command 172 to add the new extension to te UCD group. I did this and now it works perfect.... Thanks a bunch for all your help and patience

Awesome... I was able to fix my screwup following your directions. Unfortunatelly I still don't have the new extension working. Here is what is doing: The extension has a Busyout button for the UCD group and it doesn't allow me to busyout Also now it does receive calls going to the UCD group...

Ok I jusr run command 173 and typed the first extension 7575 and this is what I get: 173>7575:END Does that mean that is the only extension in the group? Somehow I think I removed the rest. Thanks
