Does tenant partioning enable routing 0 to a VDN? We have it turned on, but I didn't think it had anything to do with 0 to a vdn? We do it thru Vector routing tables, and an extension range programmed in a vector. It'd be easier if the patient extension range and employee extension range was...
We have a rta_geo report we are having trouble with. Our customer is asking us to stop and restart the report. I'm in the /export/home/pserv/rta_geo directory, I see "stoprta" and "startrta" but when I enter those nothing happens I get a "not found" back.
Any ideas on how to start and stop...
I'm not sure what all options are avaliable on which CC releases, but on page 2 of your hunt group form do you have:
Redirect on No Answer (rings):?
If so you can send it back into the VDN if the agent doesn't answer in so many rings.
Also, there is a FAC to remotely log an agent out, but...
I think you need to put a time in the 01.01 - 01.05 entry. Ie. 00:01 and 23:59. I'm just guessing here, but the 00 entry isn't specifying any time.

Make sure you have a good ground on the PBX. I had a "duh" moment a few years a go when I couldn't get some ground loop lines to start and it was because I hadn't connected the chassis to ground.

We want to be able to tell the differnce from a call that is transfered instead of a new call. Right now, we are seeing a condition code 7 for both call types.
Example: Customer A calls into center, we speak with customer, then transfer off to a TFN.
or
Agent B needs to call customer B back...
Did you try a clear amw all, and then leave a new message? The system thinks the lights already lit so it wont send the command to turn it on again.

Do you have any ICHT entries now? If you set the service type in the Trunk field to CBC, then you can program the ICHT to whatever service you want for each entry.

I've actually had this same reqeust before. Our "customer" who we take calls for doesn't want us putting callers on hold, so th ask was if we could disable the hold button.
I don't think it's possible short of taking the phone a part, as per Phoneguy55's post.
Assuming you went thru all the...
BDhodges - Your Service\Feature field is pre filled in because that's what you have in the trunk group form for service type. (page 1 left side, about 4 lines down)
If you change it CBC then it will warn you that it's going to change in ICHT field, but once you go back to change the incomming...
What feature access code is that for?
Did you run a trace on the vector while trying to call it? What did the trace say?

Add the DID for the station at site B as a remote coverage point. Add the rxx as the first point in coverage for the station at site a then back to VM.
I realize that's not the cheapest way to do it, but it should work. I suppose you could try add the 5 digit extension in the coverage remote...
Check the trunk group form. Page 2 left side towards the bottom.
Disconnect Supervision - Out?
Set to yes? if not (it's not by default) then change it to yes, and see if the call goes thru.

You could try giving the main extension a port. I've seen bridge apperances with no port assgined do wierd things (although mostly on the outbound side)
