We run Windows XP Pro.

Using Page Maker 7, when a graphic or text is copied and pasted into another spot, it takes 7 minutes to load. The first 5 minutes of using program it loads just fine. Then after it takes 7 minutes to load one page. Any suggestions

I was told by Seagull that when we upgrade (Bartender 5.0 to Bartender 7.51)that our old formats would have worked if we had stayed with a Win95 machine...Our problem was that we upgraded PCs to WinXPPro as well as Bartender 7.51...so I am now manually changing 10,000 labels to the new...

My boss has opened his spreadsheet (Excel 97) and started working..when he hits the enter key it doesn't do anything...he can move around with the mouse...but the enter key is locked out...any suggestions...Thanks

Is there a way to make Office97 the default suite over OpenOffice? I am running Windows XPPro. I have both suites loaded on my PC. When I try to run a report it defaults to OpenOffice. Does anyone have an answer?

Cartridge was bad....Cracked piece (plastic tab) that holds it into place was defective....replaced the cartridge and checked doors...runs properly now...Thanks to Walter349 for trying to help me out!

Need to troubleshoot a printer the user messed up somehow when the cartridges were being changed, said that he turned off the printer to conserve energy during the process since it wouldn't work ...bottom line is that now the printer says that the doors are not closed properly and won't finish...

I did the same error on a Win2000 PC, took it out of the domain while renaming the computer. Is there a way to put it back into the domain without knowing workgroup administrator password? Would appreciate help? I can log into the PC as a local user but not as administrator so can't change...

Running XPpro and have Office 2000 suite...Can't customize the Outlook Today screen...When I select the customize button a dotted line goes around the select button and nothing happens....It does it on 2 PC now and neither can change the look of the opening screen...Any suggestions? Thanks,SHEIT
