    Well, when I take out the disk the message comes back. Regarding uninstalling the drive and reinstalling it: It is a plug-and-play drive, should I still try it? Linney, I will try the arcticles and let you know.

    Hey Linney: It happenes even if I put a disk inside. I am using this DVD every day on a rgular basis. I don't have anything special loading on startup except my Zone alarm client and ctfmon.
