Yes absolutely. So as it turns out the item limit had been reached by this user. The imap limit setting in GW was 10000. But to tell you the true I don't much like the idea that it counts backwards, meaning from oldest to newest...just wrong!

I have multiple IMAP users (iPhones) receiving email but one user stopped getting mail as of yesterday. When she does a refresh I can see that GWIA has accepted the connection but she doesn't see any new mail. Any ideas?

Remove iFolder client and reinstall...

I loaded iFolder on a xp machine and logged into iFolder as the user, to test, but I was logged in to the admin profile on the pc so now when the user logs into iFolder it comes back with 'you must be logged into the workstation as Administrator' and it won't let them log in under their profile...

I didn't find any associated FIDs so I removed the userxxx.db files and reran the gwcheck and all is good. Thanks Brent
