Either the NuPoint mailbox needs to be the same number as the original number dialled, or you add in the original number dialled as an "alternate extension" to the NuPoint mailbox, or you overflow instead to a Nametag type Hunt Group which goes to NuPoint - the Nametag Hunt Group will re-write...
PCs in VLAN2 do not need IP Helper pointing at servers in the same VLAN2 - those servers, being in the same broadcast segment as the PCs, will see the PC's broadcasted DHCP request - the IP helper does not need to forward the broadcast within the same segment that the broadcast is sent.
Check your "User and Device Attributes" Form on the controller and identify one Device ID from the "failed" list, and one that isn't on the "failed" list.
Then export your "User and Services Configuration" form, filter it down to just those two devices and compare them cell by cell to see what...

Hi sarond, it seems like this phone is hitting a different dhcp server that one that works (we have 3 DHCP servers). How do I direct the non working phones to the right server?
That would seem to be the problem then, what DHCP server are they going...

Does your switch use LLDP to tell the phone about VLAN10?
Have you tried adding the new phone to a switchport that has an old (working) phone in it?
What DHCP option are you using for the phones to give them...
I don't think admin users can be AD accounts, they are local.
The controllers do not use AD, they have their own phonebook. Same with MiCollab.
Where you use AD is in provisioning users out of AD onto MiCollab, which creates the directory for the phone system. You should use email address as well.
