I have multiple IMAP users (iPhones) receiving email but one user stopped getting mail as of yesterday. When she does a refresh I can see that GWIA has accepted the connection but she doesn't see any new mail. Any ideas?

I loaded iFolder on a xp machine and logged into iFolder as the user, to test, but I was logged in to the admin profile on the pc so now when the user logs into iFolder it comes back with 'you must be logged into the workstation as Administrator' and it won't let them log in under their profile...
