    Pagemaker palettes on 2 monitor system

    I run Pagemaker 7 on a system with a Matrox dual-head graphics card and 2 monitors attached. Unlike Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other programs, Pagemaker does not allow to move palettes on the other screen so that the "main screen" is only used for the layout itself. Any idea?
