Thank you all for your time. I am fixing all of our Network Regions(NR) that are now direct connect to each other. I do have some questions that are not easily spelled out in Avaya documentation.

Hello all. We have been deploying the Avaya Equinox app on cellular devices and are having a difficult time troubleshooting why they drop off the network. We have removed the sim cards and put them on a internal network. This was to remove cellular coverage issues within buildings. Equinox does...
Does anyone know an easy way to get port usage/capacity per tenant? We have 30 different sites and I wanted to know if there was an easy way to spread that maintenance cost to each group?
Thanks for your time.

I have looked at some zone boxes for a 2' x 2' raised floor system and can not find any that I like.
I played with Panduits 11u zone box and was disappointed. In order to install you have to take out 4 addition tiles and since we are using 4’ stringers I would have to take out possibly 8...
I have been given the job to provide wireless signal on all elevators. Has anyone used the traveling cable for the elevator car to get connectivity into the car? I have also thought about installing devices in the shaft itself. I can either install at the top of the shaft and shooting signal...

Have not seen much talk about Division 17 for communications. Is this stuck in the water? I think some people have stared to use it but I have not come across it.
Whats your thoughts?
I have a building located 3 blocks away that has only a few cable pairs left for our definity phone system. I do have a couple strands of fiber open for my use. Does anyone know of a easy way to convert fiber into multiple copper lines? We are not using VOIP. I am not sure the best way to...

Can anyone tell me if the definity switch has a limited number of power fail lines. I thought that since it by-passes the switch you could have up to the number of incoming lines. I have been told other wise but with no explanation can someone please enlighten me?
I have over 25,000 cable pairs going to different buildings and over 5,000 devices.
I have looked at different cable management software packages but all seemed to focus on the network side of cabling and are very expensive. Does anyone know or use a software system that deals with voice pairs...
