I am trying to get One-X attendant setup using the LDAP connection. The system seams to have the connection to LDAP, but it is not finding any entry’s.
Has anyone be able to get this to work?

In the past week I have started to hear complaints from my Agents that they are getting crossed calls with other agents. We upgraded from a G3si a year ago and I have not had this problem before last week...

I know that in an ISDN line trunk group you can make some selection as to this. But I do not see anyway to do this in a Tie trunk group. And it looks like I may have a glare issue.

CMS Custom report question.
I have a user that would like a real-time report that can give me total calls waiting across all skills, or a set of skills. Longest call holding across all skills, total number of calls, etc.
Does anyone know how to do that in a single report?

Does anyone know what the data format is, from the switch to the CMS system?
Or does anyone know of a good replacement option for the CMS system?
