There are calls coming in and they seem not to end up in the OTM Billing database, looks like to little CDR's are generated by the M61c. (internal CDR are off).

On 'No Answer' serveral telephones go to an ACD queue.
In daytime the call is answered via an ACD agent.
In nighttime the ACD goes NCFW to voicemail where the close announcement is played if the caller dialed the ACD queue.

"No reports are defined for this group: Agent Performance"
This error is for all acoounts (also the 'webadmin').

The agent hears a BEEP when a call is presented.
The BEEP is loud, can I decrease the sound?
(The M1 is in control of Symposium but I don't think it's a Symposium related issue)

Is it possible (in Symposium 4.0) to implement an external transfer after a call is answered by an agent (on a skillset)?
Now the agent transfers to a external number of a survey company manually (but doesn't when the conversation with the customer went badly). Can this be automated?
Does Symposium Web Client 4.5 SU2 run on a PDA or Blackberry?
I think installing the SOAP-package will give some trouble hence web client will not work.
Anyone experienced with this or knows an alternative?

A caller to a huntgroup hears a message "Extention is busy, one moment please" when the member in the huntgroup is on the phone.
