    Stand alone 206 Module

    I have a customer with a stand alone 206 module. I need to program a phone for internal calls only. I wasn't able to do it and can't find an old manual. If anyone remembers how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    either Quick mode or Partner version

    Iv'e installed a few IP offices in different modes. I couple of times in Partner mode, when paging an extension(either *xx or using an autodial button, ICM Page)at the designated extension I didn't get a softkey with the option to answer the page. On other installations it worked fine. Why? Thanks
