I'm trying to upload a new cert to IPOCC.
But no matter what browser I use I get the following.

The cert & the password work everywhere else.

I am trying to reset the admin password.
Using PuTTY & the witness account I deleted the account from the postgre database and restarted the cscm service.
I was hoping when I tried logging in again, leaving the password blank, it would ask me to change it.

Work well in the UI, but when selected in the Web UI they are blank when received at the far end.
I have checked the Web UI docs and Textblocks don't get a mention, so I am guessing they are not supported?
I tried editing the daily backup to go to a network share.
I tested the connection & updated, both passed.
When it came to the scheduled time it ignored what I had configured and backed up locally.
If I configure a one off backup to the same network share, it works.
Any ideas?

I enable the browser add-in in desktop integration, which works fine until I sign out.
When I sign back in I have to re-enable it, should it have saved or is it working as designed?

Email comes in with a .JPG attachment, the attachment can be viewed and then forwarded.
Email comes in with a .PNG attachment, the attachment can be viewed, but when an agent forwards it IPOCC strips the attachment.
Any ideas?

I have no issues when I use the BusinessPhone entry, but I cannot import customer emails.
I was hoping to keep it simple with the following.
Name
Email
But it comes back with unknown structure of import data 'Email'

I am trying to bring back an agent that was previously deleted.
All fine until I edit the email mailbox, the system comes back with "the entered address is already taken"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The agent status (team - telephony) box is sometimes showing agents available when they are busy.
System is on the latest service pack with the critical update.

There was a known issue where the customer history did not update, this was fixed in 10.1.2.1
I have a new install on 10.1.2.2 with the critical patches and the customer history is not updating on the User Interface.
Has anybody else come across this and do I need to roll back?

I try to login to the Web UI and all I get is the spinning wheel and it eventually times out.
I stop the Watchdog service and do a repair of the Web User Interface x64 in Programs & Features and it allows me to login for a short period of time before it goes back to the spinning wheel.

They can no longer sign themselves out of any group.
The system can still sign them out and they can sign back in.
