    Vertical Summit 80 transfer issue

    We have an extension that when calls are transferred to it it goes directly to their voicemail. The phone is not in DND nor is it configured for forward busy to voicemail. My tech changed extensions and moved it to another port. Same issue. Is there a setting we are missing?

    Good morning all. I need to backup a call pilot 150. I believe it is 3.1 but I will confirm. Do I need the CD doc and client and does it have to be 3.1 or can it be a lower version?     AA going to extensions Vmail

    I have an extension x443 T7316E that if you call it internally it rings and the user can answer calls. If someone calls their office number it hits the AA. If you dial 443 it does not ring and goes directly to their vmail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the support!

    No message notification on phone

    I have a m7208 extension that when they have a new message it does not display 'Message for you'. I check programming and 'Message Waiting' was indeed set to yes. I tried another phone it did not fix. I deleted the mailbox and rebuilt still not working. Anyone ever see this and any suggestions?

    BCM 450 DTMF issue

    I have a BCM 450 R1. Just recently when outside callers get the AA and dial thru to a good extension the Call Pilot prompts invalid extension. It is intermittent.
