Has anyone heard about a particular bug in the Octel Sierra nad Lucent CA voicemail systems. We have been told that there is a bug in the processor and on March 14, 20011 the processor will revert back to 1984 and we were also told that there is not a fix for it. Has anyone heard about this.

Anyone have a procomm scripts that I can use to delete mailboxes from an Octel Sierra platform running software level 1.20.26-3 This will be needed to delete uninitialized mailboxes. I have ran a report and captured it, now I need to delete the boxes on this report. Any help would be appriciated.
Is there a feature on the Sierra platform that will automatically delete uninitialized mailboxes after a pre determined amount of time. If not is there a way to delete 6,000 of these mailboxes without to much effort.
When you set up an acd group on a meridian system is there a code that is used to activate the agents or is that a flexible feature code that has to be programmed. in any case what the codes are or how to activate an agent
I know this is probably a NO, but is there a script available for procomm to add mailboxes to a sierra system. I have to add in 1200+ mailboxes for a new site and adding one by one will be a long process.

Does anyone know of a script I can write to extract only the TN's in a Meridian option 81 system that has FTR FDN xxxx programmed instead of printing the entire tnb and extracting the info one at a time.

Is there any documentaion out the to assist in setting up a call tree on meridian mail. ex. press 1 for XXX pres 2 for XXX etc. Or can some on tell me the options to go to.

the 3904 that we are installing do not show call lof info even though it is turned on within the phone options. Is the something in the option 11 that needs to be turned on? COS, tnb etc....
Is there a way to send a message to multiple accounts on the meridian mail system. Example, distribution list, communities. If so is there instructions about doing it listed anyware or could someone point me in the right direction...
