We have one IP Office 406 v2 and an ATM4 analog truck, whenever I place the ATM4 card on slot A 3 of 4 led on the front of the unit for trunk A blink from time to time

If we place the ATM4 card on slot B 4 of 4 led remain on all the time.
If I'm not mistaking the defaul is set to ring on extension 100 (reception). Even if I set the line to ring on this extension (Flash 40) the line won't ring anywhere.
I can see LED 1 blinking on the LCOBC card but thats it.
Does the LCOBC has any line requirements? Cause to test this system...
Is there a default ip address on the LANB module and default admin password on this system ? if not how can we know the current ip address ?

After upgrading from version 3.2(61) none of my [9]N; [9]1N; are showing on Manager under "Short Code".. they are still working as they suppose to but I just can't see them.

We have an Auto Attendant and a Main Huntgroup, once you are in the queue you have the option of pressing 0 to talk to the Operator. The problem is the operator can't send that call back to the huntgroup if he press the transfer button nothing happen, but still he...
