I turned off 221's VoiceMail and the call just keeps ringing. No Forward and no VM???

But in the AA, there is the choice of pressing 9 to leave a message at 221 (we created the SC #XXX, Voicemail Collect, "#"N) which goes directly to the voicemail.

Yes it's working!!! I add the specific extension and tie it back to the main menu so it comes back to the menu if you dial this extension and the others extensions are working as supposed to!!! Thanks guys !!!
