Hi,
If these are still running as HFA phones, they won't log on. HFA is proprietary Hipath ip protocol. You will need to convert them to Sip.
The normal procedure to log in is to browse to the ip address with https. The admin password is 123456

Hi,
What is the issue you are having? If the phones use direct media then they shouldn't need to traverse the firewall if they are on the same lan.
Always use DSP is generally the way to stop direct media.
Normally these systems are set to update the time from the internet.
Do you know the user level user and password? You may need to ask your support vendor for this.
If so, from the reception phone (has to be one of the first two ports on the system) dial *95, enter the user level, and...
Under Expert mode, Maintenance, Software image, phone images, load, you can delete the current phone software to free up space. It may not be enough but from memory it worked for me once.
I would use system call routing (pgm 251) to steer the incoming call to each message. Record greeting 002, 003 004 005 then assign each to a scenario group (15 available) with the corresponding incoming did number, tick all in day, set time to 0000 to 2359, set active. Use dnd 5 and the scenario...
It will be the format of the number in the list, you will just need to try various options. Try blocking your own mobile, you may need area code or possibly country code. Pretty sure it needs to match what is being received from your carrier. You could also do a packet capture under maintenance...
Hi,
Turn No 1 off, this is write protect.
Once you have the correct country code set and rebooted, you also need to turn off No 4 so the database is saved when the power is removed or it will default on power up. No 3 determines whether an ip phone can log on by itself or whether it needs to...
Unless you can find a S/Hand board that the battery is OK on, but given they are all the same age it is likely to happen again. The battery is used to hold the customer programming, so once it goes flat it is only the power supply holding the programing.
Hi,
It is the onboard battery on the cpu card. It will be flat. They are not a rechargeable battery, they start life charged and slowly lose charge. It is a fairly easy fix if you are handy with a soldering iron. The replacement is a 1/2 AA 3.6v battery.

You are getting no rtp or response back from 151.2.143.2 so the system is dropping the call. Check ALG is disabled in your firewall and that there is no restriction between 151.2.143.2 and the system. You would also need to look at the headers in the packets to see what ip is being sent, the...
Hi,
Have you set them up in the dect settings? Each has to have the same node id but different slc-no.
Each card also has to have a call number as my understanding is it uses that to direct the call between the cards.

Try changing the minimum level of tls in the browser. I had an issue with an Openstage 40 that the browser wouldn't display but when I dropped the tls version it worked. In Firefox, enter about:config in the address bar and accept the warning. Search for tls and find the line that says...
hi,
The fixed table entry in 133 needs to reference the main pilot for the sip trunk. You could also try changing the From/Contact ID to SYS ATD. Are you sure the carrier will accept 'A party passthrough'. It may be that you are now passing it through and they are rejecting it. What error...
