OM1 AND OM2 FIBER CONNECTORS
I have a box of OM2 ST fiber connectors, can I use the OM2 connector on a 62.5 fiber? And can I use an OM1 connector on a 50um fiber? This question is just for fiber runs under 700' -
ACD Reports
One way to do it is to set up a TTY port on the PBX to collect the raw ACD data and then run a cable from the TTY port to a PC. Then set up the PC (we use hyperterminal) to collect the data. The PC can now "capture" the data and print it out as needed.- syn0324

setting up a PA system on an Option 11c
A really neat way to accomplish this is to purchase a "TAM B" Telephone Access Module from Bogen (Ramsey, NJ). All you do is program an analog port in your option 11C (I like to assign 7243 as the DN - this S P E L L S out PAGE). Then you cross connect the TN to the T&R connections on the TAM B...- syn0324
