We have installed a small-office by a customer, with software 3.1.56 now, the analog trunk ports are locked up, a couple of times in a week, after a reboot, it's working al fine.
The trunk line is not on a land line, but on another pabx, to dial, internal to the other phones, of the other custumer.

Does anyone have a solution, to solve this problem.

Hi there, I have a similar problem with our IP Office 406v2, also running v3.1(56). It has a 4 trunk analog card installed, and if an incoming call is transferred to an external number, then both the incoming and outgoing lines are never released, even though both parties have hung up. The only way to free the lines is to reboot - which is slightly inconvenient!

Any ideas?

This is because IP Office does not receive a disconnect clear tone( Only in US ) or the IP Office does not recognize the busy tone generated by the alog trunks.
