Backup Exec, undeletable files in \System Volume Information

Had a number of undeletable files produced by Backup Exec ver 12.0 (over 50 Gigs each).

Disabling/shutting down Backup Exec and volume shadow services did not help, even after reboot, safe mode no help. Below worked

vssadmin resize shadowstorage /for=x: /on=x: /maxsize=500MB
