Can anyone help?

There's this paperclip that is next to the My Computer icon on the desktop. When you click on it, nothing happens. The user notices that the computer will dial up randomly whether or not attending the computer or not,or it will dial up when using the computer offline. The user also notice it give them some other error message, but was not sure what it was relating to. I guess the most noticable thing it does it keeps dialing up the connection.

Does anyone know what kind of worm virus this could be and the removal procedure???

The system wouldn't happen to be using Compuserve 6, would it? I have seen this problem on some machines that have been upgraded. Uninstalling and going back a version solved the problem. DimensionalSolutions@Core.com

No, I don't think so. I haven't been able to find any resources related to this situation as of yet. But thanks for the suggestion!
