Cannot print - tried new printer, cable and software relaod

Cannot print - tried new printer, cable and software reload. Printer is 612C. Bought new one - no luck. Tried new cable - no luck. Reloaded software - no luck. Is it possible that it is the port or something. Tried to print a test page - but nothing came out - I think it must be a connection problem - any ideas?

What error do you get? If you had any nec or an epson printer before there software dose wierd thing to the port check and make sure the aol software is gone.
