IPO V8.1 running VMPro with Xima. When callers hit an auto attend, I want to know how many times callers press X from a particular AA that takes them to another AA Module. I'd be happy to call periodically and hear the current "count" or use Xima for a report. I've tried incrementing a counter variable, but the variable resets at the end of each call. Haven't had success writing to a more persistent variable. Tried bouncing call against a hunt group that uses an immediate announcement - hoping that Xima would tick up the number of calls sent to the group - but no joy. Call shows in Cradle to grave as having never left the main AA, even though System Status shows the call playing an announcement for my phantom group. Any thoughts?
