CMS Monthly reports on VRU agents

I use CMS to manage my VRU agents and I am trying to determine the up time of the VRU. The VRU reports are not showing anything this information.

Is there a way to determine how many hours VRU agents are logged in for a month?

I have looked at agent group reports and found Staffed time but that gives me more that 24 hours a day (744:40:xx) on the monthly report.

If you know the number of agents, you can divide the staffed-time by that number. That gives you the average staffedtime per agent.... You could even write a custom report that does this all.
