CRM First Timer Here

Hello,

I have been given the unfortunate task of rolling out a crm server that was setup by someone else who is no longer with the company. I have no documentation and very little experience. Does anyone know where i get get easy to understand setup and support documentation?

You can find the CRM Implementation Guide on CD five of the CRM CD Bundle. There really is no 1 easy way to set it up. You will want to review the document throughly for what ever type of set up your CRM environment is going to be using.
