crystal enterprise rename all my report, why?

Can you help me with this problem? I installed Crystal report 8.5 and Crystal Enterprise 8.0 on an NT Server. Everytime I import a report using the console or publish wizard, crystal enterprise always give my report a different name, ex. Crystal enterprise change my report "call.rpt" to "8a231326349.rpt". How can I stop this? all report that come into crystal enterprise, come out with an encrypted name. How can my user know what report they are looking at? Did I do something wrong here, or forget to install any component. Last question, What can I do to let my user see the report without log in as an administrator. I typed the url "

http://ipaddressof

server/myreport" and nothing happens. Do I need anything? Thanks in advance

So the file name is encrypted to avoid duplication but if you put the report tile in the summary information (in the report DEsigner) CE should pick this up when titling the report (though the file name will be encoded)
