Dr Watson error when strating network associates management agent 1

If your not using Dr Watson you do need to sometimes hack the registary using regedit. Search on "Watson" (ctrl + F), then change the key that gives the Dr Watson warning (\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DrWatson\VisualWarning) from 1 to 0. Some versions of MS operating systems seem to assume you are going to use Dr Watson what ever. This reg hack should disable the warning coming up and will allow the true error report to be displayed so you can actually debug your real problem.
