Faciltiy Msg not being sent

I've got a Nortel Option 81c that uses Cisco Unity for voice mail. Unity is connected via 4 T1 Pri's. It appears that every 4-6 weeks mailboxes won't anwser your call, you get the generic Unity greeting instead of your personalized greeting. Every time this occurs I turn on the d-channel monitors I don't see faility messages being sent. something then happens in the PBX where these messages are not being passed therefore causing issues. I have ini the switch in order to get it to work.

Does anyone have any Idea why these messages stop?
 
instead of doing an ini, ld 96 dis msdl x all, enl msdl x fdl.. that will reload the msdl card without dropping the switch or estb calls..

John - thanks for the reply. I will. Try this instaerd of invoking an ini. However, would happen to have any idea why this is happening?
