I'm in the process of looking for a Help Desk management software package that will help my company keep track of all of our incoming tech support calls. The problem is that my boss is reluctant to have multiple customer info databases. Do y'all know of any help desk or tech support software packages that integrate with ACT? Ideally we'd be looking for a package that can reconcile with ACT to account for updated conatact information.
Does such a beast even exist?
