I've built qmail with virtual domain support and Courier IMAP. It runs fine for incoming, but using Relay-ctrl to allow virtual users to authenticate before sending SMTP isn't working. Maildrop/Relay-ctrl is a kluge of patches and is greeted by snarly elitists when you ask for help. Chuck 'em!

I'd be happy to change to the Postfix camp if some good citizen can direct me to their favorite destinations for:

1) Where to find a good HowTo for Postfix with multiple, purely virtual domain maildirs, quotas, and IMAP (Courier???)... no POP needed, thanks.
2) Where to find a HowTo (same one?) to enable SMTP-AUTH Login for the same virtual domains/users before they can send. I'd even build another box to accomodate, I hope I don't need to do that.

#2 is giving me trouble when Googling.

I plan on bolting up SquirrelMail or another webmail to Courier, but I've got that covered unless there are some particular "gotchas" with Postfix that I should be aware of.

THANKS!!!!!!
