How do I preserve Folder Shares when copying to a new hard disk?

I am replacing a mirrored pair of 9 gig drives with a mirrored pair of 18gig drives. I need to transfer the info from the 9's to the 18's. Is there a trick to copying this info without loosing the shares involved?
