How to disable Ease Of Access

Anyone know how to completely disable Ease of Access? I work in an environment where it's not needed. Anyone can easily change settings in it when someone is logged out or the pc is locked. Can't disable it in control panel nor find a reg hack.

Thanks, but I already tried that and it works great. Just don't wanna have to use a third party app on our pc's.
