We are using POP3 on the Linux Server. I just wondering if the sendmail support "not in office" function. That is, if one of our staff was out trip for a while, how do I inform the sender the date he would be in his office?

Thanks in advance for any tips,

Kenneth

From the command line, you can use the "vacation" command. If your users don't have command line access, it should be pretty trivial to create a CGI script that could be called from a web page to access the vacation program. For more details, see "man vacation" on your server.
