How to limit application to one processor

I have a new installation of RHL ES 2.1 on a Compaq DL 580 (4 processor box) and I need to limit an application down to utilise only one processor.

The application is a content management application and because of licensing restrictions I need to be able to limit its use to one processor only.

Has anyone done this in the past or could anyone tell me how to do this?
