I need a "pop-up" box linked to an Object-click

Hi, I am currently designing a process diagram. Each box within the diagram represents a certain process. If I were to include it's discription, dependencies etc...my chart will be very crowded.

I would like to include some keywords related to each process. Upon clicking these keywords, a text box will pop up with the description. Does VISIO have this capability?
